Oi dear frikkin lord, I’ve heard enough of this battle on another forum I run. Squidi has no case against PA. He has no case against the person who was making the sprites. What he does have a case against is a site where the guy got the sprites from. Someone had Squidi’s basic sprite out for a tutorial for making sprites. They’re charging for teaching how to make alterations to a basic sprite, using Squidi’s. That’s it.

(Or at least that’s everything I can put together from the other forum)

It’s a fucking avatar, who the hell cares? Almost every user online has or is using something that they didn’t create wholely by themselves as an avatar.
