It was so cool...

The past hour or so, it was storming like the end of the world over here.

There was a huge thunderstorm pretty much directly over our neighborhood. I love it when things like this happen, because such storms are quite rare in Arizona…

I love thunderstorms. We get em so rarely in CA 8(. Its kinda nice going to Montreal because there is the occasional storm. I know I always get a couple rainy days and there are always a couple big white fluffy clouds in the sky. sigh

Thunderstorms here are my definition for how the Apocalypse’s previsions would start fullfilling themselves…

We had a thunderstorm yesterday. But it apparently lasted for 5-10 minutes, and then was gone (I didn’t even notice it til I went outside and saw the wet streets)

But I think around '95 we had thunderstorms for a month straight. It was… interesting. I must’ve been alot more resilient back then, 'cause I remember wearing shorts every day to school and not feeling the slightest bit cold…

I have an entire week of 95% chance of thunderstorms comming up on me.

I hope that when the world comes to an end, I can breathe a sigh of relief, because there will be so much to look forward to.

the skys in CA are solid blue where I live, hazy white everywhere else.

Don’t lie, Frame, you know damn well we’ve had thundering for the past couple of days. :stuck_out_tongue:

I was so shocked when I heard it sitting at my desk. I thought to myself: “Am I supposed to, like, unplug my comp and whatnot?” It’s been that long since I last experienced a thunderstorm.

We did? Holy shit.

Oh yeah, I forgot that you have no exposure to the outside world when school is out. :stuck_out_tongue:

QED. Living in southern CA can be analogous to being in a sensory deprivation tank as little changes over time (and when the rare times that it does, you don’t notice).

you guys are lucky to not get much thunderstorms.ottawa has had like constant thunderstorms for the past two weeks its getting annoying i can’t go outside anymore without getting soaked

lhar, munich and the rhine river are all in germany for those who didn’t know and where wondering.for those who didapplauds.

We get thunderstorms every so often 'round here. Just had one last week, actually. I like them.

Thuderstorms are bangin! Though, sadly, we get alot of rain(and I mean ALOT!) where I live, thunderstorms are extremely rare :frowning:

We get them every so often here too. I don’t like rain or any form of precipitation but it’s pretty cool to some lighting bolts. I’ve had many right outside my window last summer.

We had a bit of thunder today! I love it! But we seldom get “storms”. It just rains lots.

It was cool because it was the first actual storm we’ve had all summer…and probably the last, too. ;_;
