It sucks to be European

the problem (its not much of a problem imho) nintendo faces revolves PARTICULARLY around the fact that the GBs have 0 region control (for very good reasons).

Yeah.

But I stand by my “game companies + shafting europeans = orgasm for game companies”

Being European, I say Europeans > Americans

Hehe, well at least not in the gaming industry.

Yay. A European with a superiority complex. Haven’t had one since Sabin.

Meh, if Nintendo doesn’t like the idea of illegal imports, they should start exporting. I don’ believe exporting is illegal anyway. Once they sell the product,it’s ourt of thier hands.

I second that! We could ship ourselves out in a huge crate, and one of you guys could collect us in America

Make sure Weiila is with you, and you have a deal.

Actually, consider this.

The Americas don’t encompass only the US. They encompass Canada, Mexico and South America.

Therefore, I say that snobby attitude stereotype doesn’t own fugging cold climates and lumberjacks.

I actually like living in the U.K. (Europe). I like the rain, which there’s plenty of. I like the british countryside, which I think is one of the best in the world and I like the fact that it’s easier to not get noticed here. Also, even though we get most games late (or not at all), we nearly always get additional things with the games, such as new areas, original artwork etc.

Yeah, you people with your god damn FFX-I.

Bah, FFX-I isn’t enough to make up for everything we’ve been robbed of. We didn’t even get FFTactics :frowning:

<img src=“http://www.rpgclassics.com/staff/tenchimaru/td.gif”> Screw FFT, no Xenogears ><

Bah, stop whining, if you want it bad enough, send me 40 american dollars and I’ll mail you a modded PS1.

You actually mean there exist people who buy import games from retailers, instead of importing them themselves? If so: Maybe this is just as well.

Anyway. I’d rather be patient than pay for someone to crack my GameCube.

Could be worse, you could be forced to live in Australia.

Forced to deal with miles of beautiful beaches and warm temperatures all year round…

We get our gaming stuff at the same time as the Europeans…

So don’t complain you lucky European people!

Yeah but Europe doesen’t have fat people who sue McDonalds because it made them fat, or dumbass leaders.

A lot of people say interesting things about Blair. How very ironic you’d bitch about Bush.

Eh, yeah that’s true… :-\ But hey Blair isn’t too dumb to eat pretzels.

no, he kisses pretzels.

One of the reasons a game may be late or never shipped to Europe is because of the difference in laws. I know a lot of the games I play here contain content which is banned in several locations.

As for Bush and Blair… the main difference there, I think, is that that Bush doesn’t meet the intelligence requirements to be held accountable for his own actions.:runaway:
