The only psp game I ever payed for was Daxter, and that came with the psp.

Who gives a shit about the warranty? I have dropped my slim on CONCRETE at least 40 times.
Here is a list of things I can do on my psp that you can not do on a normal one:
Take screenshots
listen to music in games
play snes
play genesis
play ANY ps1 game
turn my TV on and off
kill people with pacemakers
Change the style and layout of the XMB
disable the RAM limit in the web browser
watch online videos
play homebrew games
And sooo much more…
Not to mention the level of piracy.
As long as you don’t brick it, no worries. And to avoid that, set up a pandora battery.
What’s a pandora battery?
You modify a regular psp battery and it puts the PSP into service mode. This alone is useless without what is called a ‘magic memory stick’ which is just a memory stick that has been modified to do some things and shit plus some other things and then BAM! Custom firmware.
You can also use this thing called ChickHen which is some sort of image that does something and…uh…its been so long… Oh yea, anywho it is mainly used to hack 3ks because it acts on the RAM or something and is only temporary. But if you use it on a lower model you can just run a few programs and it gives you normal CFW…
