It has Billy Kane, not only that, but Billy Kane in three dimensions. My favourite character in fighting game history (above Hwoarang and Blanka) in three dimensions and with his sister as an unlocked character is very hard to resist. On the other hand, KoF:Maximum Impact was not very good, and this is actually Maximum Impact 2.
I generally like my fighting games to be pretty fast and rely on normal moves and combos more than specials, as well as having pretty good character balance, although, as Tekken has proved to me, I will accept a vastly unfair tier system if the rest of the game is good enough.
So, is the game good enough to be worth buying for the characters. I’m looking for average or better.
