I have an ASUS A7N8X-E Deluxe motherboard with on-board sound (I know, believe me, if I had a choice I’d be out buying a legitimate sound card right now) that just doesn’t want to work.
I’ve downloaded and re-downloaded and updated drivers, checked every audio setting in the BIOS and hardware settings in XP, tried every speaker jack on it, and nothing. I tested the sound system itself on my iPod and it works, so it’s not that.
I’ve spent 1-2 hours trying to figure it out and I have no fucking clue O_O I just want to listen to shit. Help?
