Could anyone make this 150x150 or as near as and usable as an avatar. As you can see I already have it as one but it’s far too small. When ever I put it upto 150x150 it always comes out at 44.7 kb. If anyone can, could you tell what program you use?

? According to PsP it’s 74. What program do you use?

Paint Shop Pro 7. And according to Windows, it’s 9.56k. And that’s even after downloading it again.

Methinks your PSP is retarded. Oh, and make sure you use “Right Click > Save Image As…” to download.
