For 100% take Youth League, and get Episode Complete, not Concluded and a few other things.

Clearly the problem here is that you’re playing Final Fantasy X-2. Remove it from your playstation, flip it over and place your drink on top. From now on, it shall be known as Final Fantasy: Coaster.
