I can't do it!!

Hey all. I’m about 99.99% finished with my shrine, but my dad went on vacation, and took the laptop, where I normally connect to the servers. I’m using my brother’s pc, but I can’t connect to the servers. I put tartarus.rpgclassics.com, chaosworld as the username and my password, but I still can’t connect! I’ve never had any problems with this, so any help is appreciated.

EDIT: And I know it’s not the firewall, so…

There are hiccups with the control panel we use to maintain access to tartarus… we’re working on it.
