So? The idea itself is DECADES old. I saw something like that in a Betty Boop cartoon. The fun thing is that someone actually built one of the damn things- and that it actually works! :hahaha;
who cares if its old, its still funny. his brakes would be his feet, u use shoes for everything, u know like drag your feet till the bike stops.
