How can I resize an image to be avatar acceptible size?

Please help me. Or move this thread to where you feel it should go.

Um… You go to Photoshop or some image program, Go under view or edit and find the command resize, or something to that effect, change the measurement to pixels and then make the height 150 and the width 150 or below.

You could also crop it to reduce the dimensions or save it as a GIF to reduce the size of the file.
