I’m surprised I didn’t hear about this months ago when a friend of mine mentioned the collider. There was supposed to be like a 1% chance that it could actually destroy the Earth. Still, that’s probably the reason I’m not really shocked at this news.
But, I think no matter what happens, those scientists will be happy with whatever they come up with. Especially looking for that whole “God particle” or whatever it’s called. Yeah…wouldn’t want to waste over two decades of research to come up with squat.
