So, I was digging through the pictures on my desktop (trying to decide which ones to copy to my laptop), and I came across Pie’s <A HREF=“http://agora.rpgclassics.com/showthread.php?t=22283">"exclusive look” at the staff forum</A> from a couple of months ago. That got me wondering; where does that cat come from, anyway? It seemed that more than one person in that thread recognized it. What is it?
It’s Happy Cat- I originally saw it on Something Awful, don’t really know if it came from somewhere before that. It’s just an exceptionally happy cat I guess. >_> I’ve heard it’s a Maine Coon which are naturally expressive cats.
"Happycat.jpg was found by Fancycat on the frontpage of a Russian catfood company that has since gone down.
Happycat is almost defintely a British Shorthair. You may find more pictures and information on his bretheren here – http://www.cfa.org/breeds/profiles/british.html – but they just aren’t as happy. "

deep gruff voice Awww, it’sa kittyyyyyyyy.
I have honestly not seen this cat…
Although she does look like a friends’ cat…
That is one of the best threads on our forums. I love it.
Damn, I’d almost forgotten about those pics. I hope someone is saving them for posterity. Maybe in a few million years, paleonthologists will find such nasty little secrets along with our bones.
Looks like it’s mathematically true, but I still think that happycat it 5 times cuter than longcat. Also, the Maine Coon is one of the cutest cat breeds ever (thanks to Kagon’s mistake for making me remember this :P).
To the appearance of longcat I must say: omg wtf cat
All cats are long, the damn things are more liquid then animal.
Does anyone have a picture of this “happycat” without his surroundings? Or of that “unhappy cat” that appeared later in the thread?
Probably Pierson. I mean, he’s the one that paid to join a forum.
