I think I was about level 30 or so when I beat him. I beat him a while back so I can’t remember my exact levels. Just keep leveling up to increase your HP and other stats and then just keep trying to kick his ass. Try to cancel the boss when the game prompts you to, that should help. Also be careful because it’s easy to miss the cancel prompts if you rush. That’s about all I can say.

Be sure to save after him. The randoms are really nasty in that dungeon.
That happend to me a bunch of time’s you just have to not get agrivated and keep trying. I wish I could help you more but thats all there really is to it, Sorry:bowser:
I just pwned his butt. I used Absolute Zero like mad until somebody died, then I used Yoat’s orb, and didn’t worry about anything except Absolute Zero, Astraea Zap, and BABOOM. I didn’t heal, the orb revived when I wished.
Sweet, way to go:hyperven: . But dont let your guard down, like dude789 said the monsters are a real bitch in this dungeon. Also there is some really great items make sure not to miss any.
I’m level 30 for all, and just got Ulano (sp?). What’s left of the game? Pretty much I go to floating island, fight last boss, and win at life? What level should I be right now (so I can powerlevel to 5+ that)?
edit; I got up to Emelious pretty easily, level 35 for all. Wondering what I should do before fighting him.
If you must know there is more after the floating island. You go to 3 more areas before the final fight. Also beware fighting Emelious he can be a real bitch. You may want to leave and buy more healing item’s. I almost had to but lucked out. Also if there is anyhthing at any other towns you want to do do it know because after you fight Emilious you cant travel the world map freely.
By the time I read that, I fought the final boss twice (and lost). 
I’m level 40 for all, and I’m using Ulano’s Orb and Yoat’s Orb (I tried both, one for each try; both failed), and it’s not working. It starts off with what, 128,000 HP? I get it to like 67,000 HP, and I die miserably. Heaven’s Gate (is it possible to get more than one?) deals like 300 for each hit, and Absolute Zero deals 6000 max. His Darkness attack is a real bitch; the problem with that is that I try cancelling it and 3 out of 4 times I try, it fails. >: (

Level and anytime Alfina can use the move that Hect knew use it. It slows him down considerably. There isn’t really too much else you can do. Be sure to watch out for Death Knoll.
