Seriously. It is made of adorable and ham.
It was so cute.
I kinda want to see it in Japanese now. Partly because I wasn’t sure if the kids name was Sasuke or Sosuke.
It’s Sosuke. So sayeth Wikipedia.
I’m planning on watching it this weekend.
All the kids said Sosuke, but Ponyo and the mom said Sasuke.
HAM!!!
I just came back from it. It was good. Definitely worth watching for the sea creatures in it alone. I loved those things.
For some reason I kept thinking of the trailer for Taken every time Ponyo’s father talked about getting Ponyo back.
I want to, but the closest theater playing it is 25 miles away and my parents don’t want to drive me that far. :C I’ll see it next week when I’m in Michigan.
I heard about this movie AGES ago, so seeing that it was in English for real made my heart jump with happy. I love all of these movies.
I’m going to go see it in theatre in Sept. to celebrate my new apartment. Yay!
This thread needs more HAM!!
Howzat?
Argh, I watched Inglourious Basterds this weekend instead. I will definitely try to go this weekend since I’ve been looking forward to this! I don’t want to miss it before theaters take it away.
We went to see it Friday. it was raining when we came out. All we could do was laugh at how fitting it was and ran across two city blocks in the rain, laughing the wholeway. Ponyo was just that happy and wonderful.
Okay, I went and saw it with my cousin yesterday. Oh god it was so adorable, and the animation was gorgeous. Also, Ponyo’s dad is sort of amazing.
Looks great I see you posted this at 8:30 Friday night. We were just making our maiden voyage in the little Tollycraft Rumpas my Dad, son, and I have been restoring. The 1959 Merc 55A ran like a top I am sure you will be more than happy with that new motor. We made it to the Alder event today with ours… where were you ?
