Okay, they’re freelancers. The main character’s a silver-haired ronin-wielding-bokken sugar addict. The side-kick’s a karaoke freak and the female lead’s abusive and has a cute pet.
The first lieutnant in the police force has Roronoa Zoro’s VA.
It’s a fine comedic piece with some Bleach and other anime references here and there, although somewhat vague. Mainly thanks to the fact it was advertised in one of the “In the next episode” of Bleach.
