Personally, I think Kato will work to revive Kei and someone will probably devote their points to reviving Izumi (Probably Nishi). The main vamp seems interested in finding out what Gantz does - playing its game or something. Anywho, discuss.

[SPOILER]Yeah, it’s pretty much certain that Kato will revive Kurono eventually, but I’m not that sure about Izumi. It could happen, but if it does, I doubt Nishi would be the one. And considering the team already knows Izumi was the one who killed them, that lowers the chances even more.
I for one just want to see how they manage without their main aces. Wanna take bets on who’s going to kick it next? Old Man seems the most likely choice, as much as I like him, and Inaba might follow if he doesn’t get his act together.[/SPOILER]
Old man is a high possibility. But what about Takeshi? I don’t remember what happened to the lil guy after the whole “Yay! Musclerider!” bit outsider after the Oni mission. Then again I doubt Kaze would let him die. I’m betting on Old Man dying in vein or something.
[SPOILER]Takeshi dying would be a damn shame after everything that happened to him. Especially after the scene with Kaze crying promising to protect him as the kid told him his story and . It could serve to spark some rampant vengeful rage in Kaze to be used against ZAH FINAL BOSS when/if that happens, especially since he never showed much interest in cracking down the “WTF is Gantz?” puzzle and just went along with the fights, but I imagine that as long as Kaze remains as is, the kid will stick around. Happy ending scenario would be the gang ending the game and everyone being free, since there’s no way in hell Takeshi can get 100 points.
Old Man is certainly likely. His father-figure function with Kurono was already carried out and he’s one of the weakest of the bunch, probably only above Inaba. He might stick around until Kurono revives and die sparking the same reaction I mentioned above, but he’s also likely to just kick during a regular fight.
Speaking about Inaba, there are two choices. Either he remains as is and dies, or he grows balls and becomes a good support member. I hope he doesn’t become TOO good though, because I don’t want him as a replacement for Kurono.
Oh, And even though it’s late, I fucking hate how Akira died. It would have been much cooler if Kei and him had killed each other.[/SPOILER]
MUCH better if they had. Kinda pissed me off (but concurrently surprised me) seeing him dead. We didn’t get to learn much about him, and he would’ve made a formidable opponent for Kurono. And Sakata really isn’t that great without his psychic abilities.
Ah fuck! I meant Inaba, not Sakata. The guy is okay.

But now that you mentioned psychic skills, Sakata is certainly going to die soon from overusing his powers. He even said that he hadn’t much time left anyway, so he chose to revive Sakurai instead of being free.

Oh shit, he did mention that. He’ll probably die at a crucial moment trying to play hero or something. Then Inaba will be all vengeful, swearing to bring him back too There’s probably a limit on being revived. It would be interesting to have the Lara Croft chick back, imo.
[SPOILER]Kishimoto would definitely come back before Sei (The Lara chick’s name, at least according to the anime). In any case, I doubt she would return. Reika already fills the strong-chick-in-love-with-the-hero role pretty nicely.
By the way, I hate how some people put Reika down just because she’s hot and likes Kurono. She mutilated like twenty of those tentacle aliens by herself. As far as I see, she’s pretty cool.

I’d rather him stay with Tae. Just seems right after he revived her and then went out of Gantz just to “be free with her.” Then again, I’m partly a hopeless romantic. Just seems illogical after doing that shit for her, imo. But seeing him pair up with Reika would be pretty cool. “Yeah, so uh… how’d you meet that hot chick?” “…um…”

What I really want to know is what was Izumi’s super weapon,I mean he asked for it but never got to use it(stupid vampires,stupid girlfriend).Anyway,yeah I see the old man dying,I’m going to be pissed if Muscle Rider dies unless is an incredibly awesome death.
