Seen around 6 episodes. Read three volumes of the manga. Absolutely love it.
I’ve been watching it since day one. It’s absolutely brilliant. And there should be an amendment making everyone watch it or something. Edward Elric was my avatar a while back. ^^
And it’s being lisenced by Funimation, if rumours are correct, pretty soon. I don’t know whether that’s good or bad.
Bad. Funi did DBZ. Chances are, if anything you like is licensed by an american company, it’s gonna be a disaster.

I disagree. As someone who has been a fan of Anime since at least the 80’s, I can tell you that the quality of American dubs HAS increased. (Anybody remember ROBOTECH? Yikes!) And I HAVE seen DBZ in both Japanese and English, and I enjoy the English version well enough (heck, I actually prefer Goku’s voice actor in English- the original VA sounded like a squeaky kid, even when Goku was an adult!)
As for FMP- I’ll admit I know next to nothing about it (I’ve been out of contact with current Anime) so could someone give a detailed description? Thanks.
I prefer the manga so far. Ed’s always kicking things.

Story (according to MangasZene): Edward and his brother Alphonse tried to bring back her dead mothers soul by using some alchemie. They failed and Alphonse lost his body and Edward one leg and (to save Alphonse) one arm. Alphonses soul is know instead of his body in a robot (or something like that) and Edward got for his lost parts of his body artificial limbs…
Know it’s on Edward to train to be a real alchemist, so that he can remedy their mistake.
I really want to see Full Metal Alchemist,and i wonder if the games gonna be any good(dont know if the games comin out for the US)
I seriously liked the english version of DBZ more than the japanese.
Will:I believe the japanese voice actor for Goku was a woman(i just may have read the name wrong or something)
There’s already a PS2 game for it based on te Kingdom Hearts style of combat, it’s out in Japan, don’t know whether they’re gonna localise it for anywhere else.
And I thought that the manga was a lot darker than the anime Ed’s nightmares, etc, but the anime had better facial expressions.
And Ed’s voice when he’s just been called ‘short’ is the best VA ever. 
man, why havent they fansubbed past episode 22, im blueballed.
Because fansubbers are not Gods?
Anyway, I timed it (yes I am pathetic and addicted) and they release a new one every 10 days or so. Patience. 
i’ve seen through 32 . . . i can’t stand how long it takes for the next fansub to come out!!!
Since it’s still airing in Japan right now, each sub happens once a week, the day or two after it comes out in Japan.
