My opinion so far? …Eh, I dunno. Thor being banished to Earth for causing a war with the Frost Giants isn’t from the comics, though I admit it makes better sense. Also I can bet my hide Loki was the real culprit. Also I worry they might be trying to cram too much of the comic’s mythos into one movie. I mean, the forkin’ Destroyer (the robot-like thing) is Asgard’s ULTIMATE weapon, they should have saved it for a sequel! I also miss the Thous and Thees even if admittedly it doesn’t make sense for Norse gods to speak Shakespearean English.
On the other hand, the effects look good, especially Asgard itself, and it IS a joy to see old favorites like Volstagg The Voluminous brought to life! 
It’s too early to tell anyway, we’ll see.
