FF7 Enemy Skills

I am going through Final Fantasy 7 (again) trying to collect everything. Does anyone know where I can find a page that I could print off that has all the enemy skills on, what monsters has them, and where abouts you find the monsters?

I found one, but to find out where abouts you find the monsters, you had to click on a link, and obviously if I printed that out I wouldn’t know where to find the monsters.

EDIT: Yeah the RPGC shrine one is a lot cleaner. It’s a shame no one ever seems to look there.
