Does anyone know how (or if) the Clean Water Act effected the Kepone Case Study? Or the issues involved in the case?

If I remember correctly, the Kepone incident was during the 60s, before the clean water act was passed in the seventies. I’d say Kepone was one of the deciding factors in passing the clean water act.

Edit: As for issues involved, a company called Life Sciences that made Kepone got fined, the CEOs or whatever got fined, as well as the company that actually dumped the crap into whatever river.

Hope that helps, I’m a history buff but I been outta school too long to remember much.

Thanks  I found a little more info on the 'net about it also, so hopefully that’ll be enough.
