Lately when trying to connect to IRC I’ve been getting a message, “connection refused” all other internet business I do seems to be working just fine while this is happening; and it abruptly stops happening at random.
Any idea what’s going on and any other additional information I may be able to give to help anyone with any idea of what is going on?
