Well, I had the same, so if there hadn’t been a space race victory, it would have been very interesting.
I like the religions. They provide an interesting way to control the population.
Still getting used to the new changes, even so I like the more nasty barbarians in this game. Especially like them having cities of their own, which you can take from them.

Sorry. I spazzed out because for the past 2 years almost, Warcraft III has been ruling my life, but this shows more potential than WC III ever did.
I cant say WC3 and civ4 are exactly competing. I’ve always seen RTS and TBS as being two seperate genres altogether.
I seem to be downloading a patch.
A 24MB patch… O_O
They should release it on their website as well as though the game interface itself.

INSTALLED PATCH AND I’M STILL HAVING CRASHES!!! GRAAAAHHHH!!!
Hey, I can play the game now! I get an error telling me my computer does not match minimum specs, but then the game still plays fine afterward. I was just getting a big, black map before, but now i can see. God I don’t need to get addicted to this game now.
