When the game says it carries over equipment does that mean the equipment unequipped and in the inventory, or does it mean all equipped equipment at the end of the first game is carried over?
All equipment, equipped or otherwise, carries over except for the Mastermune and the Einlanzer.
Also not the Blue Brooch, because you get one for a certain plot event.
