Without knowing that, I’d recommend a general classics course of some sort on either Rome or Greece (…but try for Greece), some sort of intro-level science course that deals with some physics, be it a straight serving or something like astronomy, and a history course.
what, no theif? fuck that, replace the black belt with a theif, then you can take a course in Ninja after you pass that one.
radiocommunications has always interested me. Learning how RF propogation is influenced by atmospheric ionization, and so much more can be useful. It isnt a horrible carear path either. Cable and Broadcasting companies make some decent money.
I would recommend an introduction to cinema class.
