Can’t effectively change your IP, but you can spoof, or chain, or hide, or do a number of other things to it. If i could remember where that damn site is i’d link and stuff.

EDIT: I dont mind either one winning, they’re both great games. It’s cool to see an original Super NES game go head to head with a PSX game, and follow its progress so closely.
Actually it would work, at least multispoofing would, just spoof one IP, then vote, then spoof another. Lather, rinse, repeat.
