Well, you could check the RPGC archives for Fanfiction and Fanart.
I don’t think RPGC has a “Fanmusic” archive though.
Also, there’s always [strike]the cesspool[/strike] Fanfiction.net.
If you browse OCremix and vgmix you’ll start wishing you never have to listen to Vampire Killer again. Konami once released a cd with metal versions of CV’s music (kinda nifty) and there was an RPGmaker game that had VK as the battle theme. That one hurt.
