If I’m not distracted by something shiny, I may ponder something that crosses my mind. Or if I’m in the mood read or draw. If I get bored enough and feel that I need to do something I’ll start cleaning my house. That gets rid of that feeling quite fast.
the last of the last resorts is to actually try to beat nethack… though right now UT2k4 is my main antiboredom device.

I rarely get bored, I ensure that when I get tired of one thing I’m doing, I have about 3 or 4 lined up to take over.
That said, though, if I’m really at a loose end, I have two options: Scrabble or nudity. Sometimes both at the same time.
