For some reason, it seems that whenever I restart WinXP on my laptop, the taskbar gets auto-rearranged. Kinda annoying.
Like the language menu (having US-English and Japanese installed) gets shifted over, open program buttons scrunch up in like a third of the bar, leaving most of it unused, or I open a program and it gets listed twice. I right-click the tool bar, and I open the Toolbars menu, and get “The language bar” listed twice in addition to “Language bar”. Weird virus? Spybot and Adaware notice nothing.
