has anyone noticed that in the late 70’s and early 80’s people in animes looked stoned,the in the late 8o’s and early 90’s they looked hungover,and no they look either hyped to the moon or coked out?(in the majority)

I’d like to think that modern shows have a lot more attention to detail of characters, plus backgrounds and props. Especially modern mecha compared to older.
I never looked at it like that, but I will agree the style has changed dramatically. It’s not hard for me to tell what period a certain title came from.
