Advice needed.

It’s an overall school/life stress. I felt stressed out, so I thought I’d take some test to see how bad I was. It said I was ‘severely stressed’.

Hypnosis or a backrub sounds cool. As for ignoring it or doing something to take my mind off it. If I ignore it, it won’t get done, and make me more stressed and I can’t do something that takes my mind off it, because it’s in most aspects of my life.

Seriously, lifting weights helps. Being pissed helps you do better too, double win.

Ok. I’ll try that and a combo of others.
