Has anybody here ever ate seaweed ? It’s pretty good, as it has plenty of important minerals and a good dose of seasalt… I love this stuff !!! If anyone here that has tried it, did you like it ? =)

Edit : Forgot to mention that the kind of seaweed I’m munching on right now is called “dulse”.

I didn’t like it because it tasted like the shit that’s been through the sewage plant more than once, if you know what I mean.

No, I don’t like it.
It is not bad, although I have only eaten dried seaweed. And I can barely taste it when I dine on sushi because of the quantities of wasabi which I add.
If cooked right, seaweed can actually taste pretty good. I like the stuff alright when cooked right.
Often. It’s okay if you dont eat too much of it at once- although some, um, aquaintance of mine ate a whloe package of pure dry seweed and it seemed to taste him o_o;
I’ve eaten seaweed with sushi before, and that’s okay. I’ve also tried seaweed salad, and that I did not like.
I was in San Francisco in March, and one of my coworkers and I went to a Japanese restaurant. He loves seaweed salad, and he got me to taste it. He said “It’s like green Jell-o, but different.” I had it, and I thought it was just gross. I don’t know what sort of crazy deformed taste buds he has.
I haven’t had seaweed since Grade 2, when we studied Japan.
And TD, that looks like one of those novelty toys with the farm animals that take a dump when you squeeze them.

Oh, and I used to eat seaweed at one of my friend’s houses all the time… She had millions of it wrapped up in her cupboard. I thought it was pretty good, actually.

I like seaweed in sushi.
I love just eating seaweed by itself, and the more salty the better.

You know what? I never admitted it, but that Hungry Man food actually looks quite appetizing (on the box). I think I’d give it a shot- if that was the only meal I was going to eat for the day.
