Women can’t divorce, I believe. It is up to the man because he is technically head of the household.

Well, under Muslim rule, a woman cannot divorce her husband. They live under strict house hold. Where I live, there would be equal rights but in Malaysia, like Steve said, they wouldn’t be allowed since it is a stricter country and has a strong Muslim ground. A lot of the women in Malaysia, if they COULD divorce, well they probably wouldn’t even marry.
But in Canada, if a woman were to divorce her husband, she obviously wouldn’t be allowed to do it over a cell phone…
