I got it yesterday since its the new version. I think now i hate it. looks all weird.
any other thoughts about it? ( and this isnt a “WE ALL HATE M$”) im asking a valid technical opinion here
Go get Winamp, it’s compitabel with most File types and works much better…

The DefielrPak sucks. It made t so my computer couldn’t play anything, not even mp3s. I had to reformat my computer just to play stuff again.
The Defilerpak is nothing but a collection of codecs. If you didn’t uninstall whatever shit you had before, as instructed, shit can happen. Same with every other program.

Info was just unlucky, or more typically stupid.

I don’t know what happened, but when I installed it, it was would always say that somethign was wrong with every file and wouldn’t let me play it. So I uninstalled it and it didn’t seem to change anything. Maybe I was just unlucky, but I’m not going to try it again.
I still have WMP9…works fine for me, except when it freezes. I should get Winamp, there’s a cool Der Langrisser skin for it I saw on Google, plus it’s better than Media Player
That was most likely a conflict with your already installed codecs, like I said. Feel free to try it again after you actually get rid of your current codecs, it really should work just fine then.
