Okay … so, I’m making this RM2K game called Phantasy Yar; Lunaris shows up in it at one point as a RO knight. I need some beta testers to check it out, make sure what I think is a good game isn’t actually a horrible screwup in every aspect. So, who wants to try it out? It’s a closed beta right now, so I’ll PM people with the URL.

still wonders why no one will use 2k3, with it’s superior battle system, and more options…
Well, I can’t speak for everyone, but I like 2k beacause it’s easier to use. And it’s the extra options that temp me moreso than the battle system, which I don’t care for much. Though even if one DOES use 2k exclusively, it’s still worthwhile getting 2k3 to export resources, most notably monsters and battle animations, all of which work just as well in 2k.

Actually, I was doing 2K because (a) it’s slightly more simple, and (b) “making a generic RM2K game” is part of the point. 
I guess I just don’t see how 2k3 is harder in any way shape or form to use. The transition for me was nearly the exact same. The only difference was the day I spend oogling over how cool and more entertaining the battle system was. Plus, the extra options take about a minute to figure out, just like 2k was when you first started learning it…
Either way, after being into 2k3, I’m biased and dont really want to have anything to do with 2k any more. But then again, I use a real RPG making program now… Neverwinter Nights… Which is eons above what RM2k or 2k3 will ever be.

After my initial testrun of the game. I got to the prontero dungeon and died during a fight against some lady and her bonguns. I Also noted that if you use the tent point beside the second crystal before touching the crystal you have to watch the flashback scene again after you touch the crystal. I would of done a spellnig synopsis but after getting shortly into thegame I abandoned that plan. Not particularly interested in making another attempt for a while unless I can save.

Aheh. Whoops! Fixed that right away. Hmm … I also noticed I failed to properly describe some of the attacks (not that the Engrish descriptions count as “proper”, but …), which I will now fix. I’ll also make a few other tweaks, too.
Would you send the game to me to test?
Eh, sure. Oh, and as for beating the Dark Queen: equip Bandannas. The Bongun’s won’t be NEARLY as big a problem.

I like this game i’ve been playing for a couple hours and i’m on the third floor. ( I just beat Pill) I haven’t found any glitches yet
