as long as it isnt a serious post about like somone dying. And as long as everyone is having fun, and being entertained by the goings on in that thread. What is the point of closing it? I think stuff like that is one reason why people dont like the way rpgc is nowa days. I mean, I was surprised that my thread had 100 withing the time that I was away. I wasnt asking it to be closed. I mean, give it a little time and people will close it themselves.

There’s a difference between a thread going naturally off topic, and someone just coming in and changing the topic to something completely unrelated for no reason.

I think that what Cala was referring to was the atmosphere. As in, without any babble, the atmosphere would be too serious to have fun, not that the babble was in and of itself a primary form of entertainment.
