Okay, it’s not that they’re blaming it on the video game that pisses me off, and it’s not that there’s gonna be another fucking lawsuit. It’s the point that it happened in FUCKING DETROIT. People get shot all the FUCKING TIME in Detroit. I hope you see my point here.

Y’gotta admit. Blaming it on a game or something is a good way to get people to look away from the fact that SOMEONE WAS JUST KILLED BY A PIECE OF METAL FLYING AT WHO KNOWS HOW HIGH OF SPEEDS, EVEN THOUGH THE PERSON DID IT BECAUSE HE WAS BORED.

The amount of gun shootings has dropped in the last twenty years, too bad that doesn’t sell. It’d be a lovely break from ‘A young black male has shot another young black male. Just a couple of hours before they were both playing CounterStrike: A first person shooter where the aim is to kill your opponents’, wouldn’t it?

Well this is an interesting twist, the defendants are saying they were acting out a video game instead of random people on the street saying that video game violence was responsible.

See, the thing is, videogames do cause SOME violence, there have been a few fights here in London between opposing CS clans.

Video games only cause violence when stupid people play them. The one kid said, “I didn’t want to hurt anyone.” What did he think was gonna happen when he shot the gun at cars with people inside?

Parents blame video games when their kids get out of hand because they know it’s their fault for not spending any time teaching them not to shoot people.

Hey, I’ve completed Grand Theft Auto 2, 3, and VC 100%, and most of GTA 1, and I’m one of the tamest people around. I’d never hurt anyone.

  1. The parents were the ones keeping fucking .44 calibur rifles in their fucking house.

  2. You have to be fucking fucked up to do that in the first place, even before playing the videogame.

  3. The parents had to have bought the fucking game for them. They should read the rating labels. THATS WHAT THEY’RE FOR. But we all know that ‘M’ actually means ‘Mega-supercool kid safe game’.

  4. Parents are usually the ones to put the blame on the games, not wanting to admit that thier kids are just plain fucked up. Just like Columbine and Marlyn Manson. Same Deal. Yet in this case, the kids blamed the videogame. Using it as an excuse for themselves being fucked up is just as bad.

They say they were just bored and wanted to shoot at “tractor-trailer rigs”, like in GTA. (I never even knew you could find them in GTA!)

One thing I’d like to point out is that, they must have missed the parts of GTA, where you kill people with weapons, when you shoot at vechiles!! How dumb can a person be!?!? It is just plain moronic!

Ok, people blame everything on videogames. But here’s the thing.

  1. Nobody blames anything on movies anymore, I assume because of the rating system. Videogames have a rating system to. So what?

  2. Here’s the big point. Who buys the $200 system? The $50 game that’s supposed to be “SO EVIL AND BAD AND STUFF”? All the other stuff?

Which proves my point: 82% of the world’s people are STUPID!
