We could use Mugen. If you go out there, you’ll find tons of non-official DBZ, Saint Seiya, Street Fighter (& many others) 2d-fighters, a lot of the with some respectable graph and sound. All we would need is some people to make the backgrounds & others to make the sprites. Asides from that, programming in Mugen is easier than programming in RPGMaker.
Wouldn’t the sprites be taken from different video games and thus be many different sizes and body limb size proportions, making the game look like it was made by chimps? Or have you already fixed that problem?

That’s why I said we’d need someone to make the sprites. If they’re all done by a team instead of ripped from games we avoid ultra-lame graphs and copyrights stuff.
Well, if this actually happens, I’d be happy to do sprite editing. I am anal enough to go through each one pixel by pixel, so. Yes I would be willing to make sure the sprites look right
