Actually, TD, the rest of us take half damage because it is one of Jesus’ unique salient divine abilities to do one saving throw for the rest of humanity (or any smaller group thereof) whereof the rest of humanity uses Jesus’ save result instead of their own.
Hence, we all take half damage unless the effect is completely negated or we have improved evasion.
Tell me we’re not discussing Jesus’ saving throw here.
