To beat those bandits all you have to do is go in a circle. Keep fighting them. Do not rest, do not examine, do not grab treasure. Just start from the upper right then go left then left and so on in a circle. The idea is you defeat them fast enough that the reinforcements retreat. I had trouble with the part myself too.
My exact spot may be off, but the idea is to go in a circle.
The quests actually range from 10 hours to 25 hours for the average person as much as I can guess. Especially on a second play through.
Judy’s quest is the easiest. Heck the new attacks the final boss gets from the previous boss are more or less laughable. And she gets some of the better people like Armand.
Laura is funny. If you beat one guy, you get a nearly impossible final boss. If you lose against him, the final boss is supposedly easier. But I’m not too sure about that. I have to play the quest a second time.
And to be truthful I’m still glad they got rid of the Inn leveling up system. It’s much more exciting and rewarding to actually do something to level up. And the various ways I can become more powerful in the mean times helps.
Then again I am one of those people who was falling asleep while trying to level up in several games. To the point where I had to just **** it and move forward to keep from getting bored.
The main part that actually bores me about the game is the random battle rate. Either there are TOO MANY or TOO LITTLE. You heard me right. Not enough. I mean what do I need to do to get someone to attack me? Darn it.
In all honest Ruby may be the best for people start with. Her story is very straight forward. And she gets to visit areas you’ll have to visit in other quests any way. Not to mention all the times she use a Tetra Force. And thus allow level up heaven.
That’s right you want to become all powerful and are willing to keep fixing weapons then just play as her. In fact I’m considering doing a test.
A test where I keep fighting and saving at the Tetra Force. To see if the panels will change from level 3 to level 4 to level 5 eventually.
If so then one could make here second to last area her place to build a party of level 5 panel warriors of DOOM! That’s supposing the encounter rate won’t drop.
