Weird speaker request

I do quite a bit at my university and I’m looking into portable public address systems (like a speaker with a microphone for auditoriums) for my bio dept’s tutoring service. Could someone help me as to what kind of specs I should get if I want to be addressing 400-500 people? I’ve been looking but haven’t had too much luck.

It needs to be portable and it needs to support wireless mics.

I can hook you up with a little collar-clip-on Microphone, then you just need a portable stereo with a mic jack.

EDIT Just re-read, realized wireless mics. Thsi thing isn’t wireless, but it’s about 30 feet long.
