Videogames imitate life (or at the very least, politics)

Here’s a thought for you…

Two massive back-to-back victories, the likes of which have scarcely been seen before.
A popular public figure who gradually became a figure of fun later on.
A person whose word people eventually just stopped trusting- apart from the die-hard supporters, that is.
A person who, after a pretty costly error, has decided to step down after over a decade in charge.

Ken Kutaragi or Tony Blair? You decide.

Are we talking about Ken Ken Kutaragi or Tony Blair? What about Jack Thompson and Kefka?

I dunno, Jack Thompson hasn’t caused the end of the world.

No, but he seeks too with his sheer insanity.

Which were the two back-to-back victories of Tony? The first two UK elections?

'97 and '01, both landslides of fairly epic proportions.

For those of us who don’t pay attention to such thing, who’s Ken Kutaragi?

And I guess an anti-landslide in the last elections

So bye bye Tony, Bye bye Kutaragi? I’m shocked that you consider KK to be a videogame

That parallel is uncanny, and almost immediately reminded me of another political giant, who could have fit in the equation. There are just a few, almost insignificant, discrepancies when you compare the highlights of Ken and Tony’s bios with a sparkling career of Jean Chrétien.
JC creamed his competition thrice during his ten year parkour as the top honcho of Beaverland inc. And he was a figure of fun during most of his career.

Logical leaps being used by nebagram to take a shot at a politician and sony? NEVER
