I’m just glad that arngrim is in. For most of my first game he was the only member of my party capable of inflicting any real damage to bosses, so I kinda got a little attached.

I’m somewhat impressed with the game, though the jaggies are a bit annoying. I gave it a quick play through with arngrim and lenneth. I’m a bit disappointed with this game’s rendition of final blast, since you don’t get to slash through it, and I managed to do nibelung valesti clear through once but I can’t ever get it to work since.

Meh. So I haven’t tried HArd yet, but so far, I can beat anything with Arngrim by jamming them into corner and <- + Strong them to death. If not, then a special fixes 'em alright.
Whoever made this must like “Berserk”, Arngrim now has a cape, a arm mounted cross bow, and knifes making him even more like Guts.
that and his sword is a lot plainer than it was in VP. I really hate how spammy the mages are, since in VP they had horrid wait times on all spells.
I can’t figure out how to reassign my controller pad keys. Well, for one thing, I don’t know what any of the key descriptions mean. 8p

And a bug in the game means that to re-assign keys you have to go into the controller screen where you re-assign them, then exit it, then enter it again. Then you just start inputting controls.
I found out when your power meter says its “charged” or “partner charged” you can pull off your super seceret attack (AKA the ones in the game) by pressing back, down, foreward, heavy attack.
This game made me start up VP again
I’m almost considering shelling out 25 dollars for a PSOne and getting VP again after playing this.
