Uploading...HELP!

When I go to the Homework Help section (even this section has it!) I can upload some files…is there any way I can do it in the Main section? If so, do I need a certian number of posts first? (I want to upload a 54 KB .zip file of a small RPG game I made so people can download it and give back input.)

Please let me know what to do! Thank you!
