The american way to handling this is to pour yourself a shot of wiskey and start cleaning your gun, if you haven’t already, to let the customer know you mean buisness. Also, listen to nothing but Johnny Cash.
I had to deal with a guy like this once, who wouldn’t stop calling my co-worker and I dirty jews after we put the price tag on the bottom of his herring rather then the top

what you should of done is theatened to pee on his family. he would of been like “what?” and you woulda pissed all over them and he’d be like “oh shit i got a urinary infection please pee in my ear” and you wouldn’t.!..!.!

I would have done the same stuff, except I would have said this at the end:
“What the frikin’ heck is up with you!? I serving THIS lady right now, and if you have a problem with that, I’ll go get my manager to deal with you!”

Not really, I don’t think he’d’ve listened. People like that are difficult to deal with, although they get predictable. I think he handled things quite well, even though I would have done it differently. Nulani’s idea probably wouldn’t work. The guy would be like…
“…The FOCK are you laughing about, you little b\*\*\*\*?! I should come back there and kick your \*\*\*!”
And he’d have to call security.

There was this old guy, in his 60’s or 70’s, who kept giving me dirty looks on the bus. He’d constantly count the number of Asians on the bus and was totally bipolar in his actions. He’d be super polite to everyone else and then turn around and give the nearest Asian person the glaring of a lifetime.
