I usually spend about five minutes looking for something appropriate to read, but then once I’m there I’m too busy with what I’m doing to read more than five seconds worth. Yet I go through the same routine every time.

Yea, but while it doesn’t take much concentration, it doesn’t exactly take much time either. We’re talkin less than 5 minutes here.

I guess that if there’s even the slightest chance that one might be in there for a little while, it’s best to make oneself comfortable.

I don’t usually read when using the facilities, unless I’m in there for a while, or working on a homework assignment.
