Me and a bunch of my University chums just discovered that the trapdoors under the carpet are leverable-uppable, and we’ve just finished exploring one direction of the tunnel system under our halls of residence. Tomorrow night when more prepared, we’re gonna get more torches and older clothes and try to find the kitchen-storeroom entrances that are on the ground floor. I’ve been at this university less than a week and I’ve already participated in something definately NOT in the student handbook. God I’m going to love the next three years. Urk, you have GOT to come to Hull University.
Are you sure you’re the first students ever to do that? Because it sounds like something that probably has been discovered and done a long time ago.
Probably true, but I don’t particularly care, since we’re the first to do it this year.
[Warden] They’re in the tunnels again.
[Assist-Warden] Fuckers.
Heh, I don’t care if you aren’t the first to do this. I wish I could do this! (Granted, a prerequisite would be a) living on campus, and b) an older place than Keene State College, but …)
Your University has trap doors? Kewl.
Pierson Croft, Tomb Raider.
Yea, lame, but i cant think of anything else. Cool man.
“I see a tunnel.”
“Do you see a light, my son?”
“Pass me down a torch and I’ll tell you.”
Tunnels kick ass.
He’s english… Hull is just a code name for Hogwarts. I knew english people were all Wizards…!
We have tunnels too. They’re officially called ‘Seasonal Preparedness Tunnels’. Which means they’re just fpr profs to get between buildings when it’s raining or snowing. Unofficially, they’re called ‘Rape Tunnels’. They’re not used as much at night time.
I’ve seen some of the trapdoors you described. But I’ve never opened them.
Fucking awesome. I LOVE Urban exploration, tunnels under public buildings like that are almost as good as it gets. I’m so totally following your advice in two years.
Trap doors? Sweet!
Pierre, My friend, you must take some pictures. I wish to see all the awesomeness.
I just hope my Uni will have Sekrit Passages…
We’ve got steam tunnels at Southern Illinois Univ. They are usually locked, but they connect everything with everything, and when we got in once, it was a hoot and two thirds.
:ark:
We don’t get trapdoors though. I am jealous :bowser:
<img src=“http://www.rpgclassics.com/subsites/twistedrpg/images/hero/rirse.gif”> That is pretty cool Pierson. Just don’t go in there all the time, as I would hate to see you get kicked out for abusing a section of school not meant for the students.
For my college, I can say for a fact it has no tunnels. Considering it both a community college and housed in a old building that used belong to a law firm (but it has a cool column outside). But IUPUI (Indiana Universary Purdue Univesary Indiana), which is a college that my brother and sister went to does have tunnels. They are not hidden, as some classes are in there, but it does lead througout the campus and the nearby hospital. Even so I heard sometimes they put some of the expired patiences in the tunnels sometimes when there not enough room.
Weee. Trapdoors.
Now all it needs is a secret labaratory. *Nod.
watch out for Vietcong, they love tunnels
I know. They got Paddy yesterday.
No seriously, I DO have a hall-mate named Paddy.
:hahaha;
That was pretty funny.
Nobody has a hall-mate named Paddy. It’s a lie, a horrible lie. And no one would get him if there were, everyone loves the Irish.
And communism.
