There’s certainly a lot of lame content on Homestar Runner. It’s not all hilarious. Even a whole bunch of Strong Bad’s E-mails are really tedious. But the stuff that’s funny, is incredibly funny. 
Homestar is about as funny as well…me. Which by the way is very much not funny.
