Yeah, but I agree with a lot of this stuff. For a lot of projects this year I’ve had to raid the library and read 20 year old books to find “fresh” perspectives on many topics. The Internet is useful, but should not be relied upon for everything.
I think this guy is right. I think we should start an internet II. With spam control and an internet police.

The Internet is a huge Wide-Area Network that spans the globe. The Web is a service run on top of that network.
Internet == Mail, Surfing, Chatting, IM:ing, Kazaa:ing etc etc etc.
The web is limited to surfing.
Yeah, I thought that was kinda obvious by the employment of the term “web” as opposed to the internet as a whole. What’s really hilarious is that that site is XHTML compliant, which is pretty damn nerdy coding shit
