It’s more like50+, but whatever. All I’m asking is just be a little more strict on the thread names and sigs. Like I said, the in thread inside isn’t what’s the biggest problem. I had not expected you to resond to that. Just half expected that at least one other might be changed.
The only things I see even potential problems with are Epic’s avatar and Devillion’s sig. The rest are fine (except the ones that may have been flaming, but it’s tough to tell when reading them out of context).
Anyway, I don’t think anything will be done even about sigs and avatars and thread titles. I’m the most hard-assed mod when it comes to potentially offensive stuff, and If I’m the only one who would suggest that avatars and stuff shouldn’t have the word “fuck” in them, then nothing’s going to change. Sorry. =/

Out of curiosity, do we have any way to gauge the average age of the viewers here? I’m fairly certain that the average age must have risen over the last couple of years, if for no other reason than all of our regulars obviously aged (physically, if not maturity-wise). I don’t consider there to be an excessive amount of profanity on our site. Some of the words you singled out (“hell” especially) aren’t exactly considered profanities to begin with. If you compare this place to anywhere else out there (espeically places that tolerate 1337 5p34< ), we’re pretty tame.
(for the record, I had to refrain myself in this post from casually using the words “hell” and “damn,” neither of which I consider to be profanities)

No way to accurately guage ages. We have to take people’s words, and given that people lie about their genders, I assume they lie about their ages too.
I sure ain’t lying about my gender(male). I could scan my ID to prove my age, too.
My point is why would anyone want to lie about being a dude, anyway.
I dunno, cause gamers tend to make a big deal about women gamers, and maybe those women gamers want to avoid the unneccesary attention. I don’t know how women think, I’ve got a dong.
I’d say the average age of the active community members ir probably somewhere between 20-22, maybe a bit higher.
